FAQWhat services do you offer? In addition to selling office furnishings products, we offer design and space planning, project management, move and installation services. Do you sell ergonomic products? We offer a complete line of ergonomic tools and products including keyboard systems, monitor arms, wrist rests, glare screens, sit-to-stand height adjustable tables as well as a full line of ergonomic seating. We can provide an ergonomic consultation for you. What are your standard lead times? Lead times vary by manufacturer and product. The average lead time is 4-6 weeks. However, most manufacturers offer a quick ship or express program. We do have the capability to provide product in as little as two days (limited products and color options). We would like to update our office, but our budget is limited; what options do we have? We have products that can meet your needs in all price ranges. We would work with you to maximize your dollars and develop solutions that best suit your needs. What type of products do you sell? We offer a complete line of office furnishings products including private office, systems furniture, seating (ergonomic, lounge, healthcare, hospitality and bariatric), filing systems, conference room furniture, hospitality and ergonomic products. Additionally we have a full-line of flooring, carpet, wall covering window treatments, artwork and accessories. Do you sell used office furniture? We have partnered with Wisconsin’s largest office furniture recycler. The options include As-Is, Pre-owned and Refurbished products. What is the life expectancy of my office furnishings? Commercial furniture is generally very durable and can last a lifetime. Manufacturer warranties vary from Lifetime to one year, depending on the end use and grade. High-wear components and furniture for high-abuse environments may have a shorter lifetime. By following manufacturer’s care and maintenance guidelines, your furniture will last beyond its warranty, and can last indefinitely through refurbishment options. We are in the process of building a new building and are looking for LEED certification. Can furniture contribute? We offer products that can contribute toward LEED-CI credits. LEED consultation and tools are available through our professionals who can work with you to help ensure the products meet the requirements. Our office seems dark, do you have any recommendations? Our professionals can evaluate your office design and make recommendations to maximize the natural light within your space. Options could include lowering your panel height, or providing task lighting for individual spaces. We have offices outside your marketing area; do we have to use a local dealer for the other areas? No, you can work with us; we have a nationwide network that can provide certified installation services. The technology allows for quick transfer of drawings and communications to provide a complete efficient transaction. My marketing group needs to work collaboratively but currently sit in cubicles which inhibit communication. Do you have furniture other than cubicles? Absolutely! Our manufacturers track and research current and future work trends and have developed numerous solutions for shared work areas, Benching and adaptive furniture. We are developing early stage plans to remodel our building to improve energy efficiency. Assuming the building will be more “air-tight”, if I buy new furniture, do I need to be concerned about formaldehyde and gases coming off of the furniture? We represent and promote manufacturers who have adopted the ANSI/BIFMA Furniture Emission e3 Standard which calls for independent testing and certification for low emission of formaldehyde and Volatile Organic Compounds in products and components. I am responsible for purchasing and my boss, the company president, really wants wood tables in our new multi-purpose room. I know wood is expensive and I don’t want to replace them in six months. Please advise. If you can’t talk your boss into plastic laminate wood-grain surfaces, which can be an attractive yet durable option, you can be reassured that newer finishing technologies in wood furniture provide finishes that are highly resistant to heat and moisture, chemicals and stains.
